I m not happy bcoz management has their own ideas ,they work as per their requirement ,they aim to increase the reputation of the institution ,there is no gud relationship between the employee and employer. There is partiality in the institution ...No need to speak of salary bcoz they pay wen they r interested i.e 3 months ,6months etc ,Hike is poor , employees must be back of management to receive their salary ,pf etc though they quit the job ...
