Many good things are there it should not spoil by any few people,if a organisation have to grow with a support of an employee not only with event heads.

Have to listen to the employees than a head of dept or co coordinators,they acting when management is there other time their behaviour totally changed ,they should not Target a person ,the management have to deal ,and look each and every employees view ,and both academic and sports have to be treated equally,and many more...

A school without Principal is without principles. The director mam wants to save a couple bucks so the school is running without Principal with her sidekick who works as a coordinator (however she isn't qualified enough even to be a primary teacher) , they bargain to the lowest salary you will agree to. I wont call it negotiation because its not , its bargain . Worst place to work.

There is no support during COVID - 19 situation infact Modi govt has told the authorities not to remove employees from organization. Schools have removed me and made to suffer a lot during these pandemic uncertain times. An Horrible pathetheic experience i have encountered while working with Mount litera Zee school.

Teammates are very good as if now, leaders are excellent. Career growth is there but appraisal is not up to the mark and if children are not there from your point no bus facility will be provided for. This is the worst part.
