Spiritual support from Campus Ministry. Excellent Faculty. Awsome Environment. Forming responsible socially committed professional leaders. Identifying financially struggled students, St Josephs college management is giving lots of financial supports. Hostel and Accommodation is well planned and provided by hygine manner. While comparing outside well designed.

Dislikes

If womens free college culture is a very great opportunity to students. Womens especially UG students don't have a proper hostel.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
