Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Little to No Career Growth. After a time learning stops. The General Management is really bad. The department i work in is under constant pressure. Late sitting is common thing in Accounts/Finance department. Company policy says it is only 5 days working but the truth is if you are in one of the above-mentioned departments then it is 6 days. The work is good. Challenging at times but this is how we learn. Half of the month is spent on working on the MIS and BPR. Rest of the month i work on the Reconciliation. So yeah, always buzy in one thing or the other.

It’s a great company to start and learn the retail career. The management is very open for ideas and thoughts and people appreciation is always there.

The only thing is that SSIP retail they ll need you like an army and In return they will shape you as a black commando of retail

One of the burst company I aver worked with least carrier growth opportunities and pathatic working culture the current management is most incompetent management of retail only flattering is become the servival of most of the people from top to bottom no talent and skills are being getting respect.

Dislikes

People from the top management are not capable enough and not even ready to take their criticism on any of their decision. Flattering is the only servival. Jobs are not atall sequre.
