In my 12 years of experience, one of the worst company I worked is SSIPL, job security is 0%. Their management doesn't have vision on their company for at least next six months also. Our company is a well settled company. Our company slogen is safety first . Company takes all correct steps for worker due to covid 19 . All workplace is sanatize with sanatizer. Company gives sallery on time. Work culture is very good in ssipl . Ssipl main part of work is decipline.

This company has a fabulous presence all over the country and was proud to be associated with them, they have the biggest set up in the north producing sports shoes and always looking forward to innovate new products and technologies. The teammates are humble to work with.

Too much politics and there is no Job Security at all as the people working there does not know enough about the footwears and apparels in terms of calibrations and materials, Poor developments and wrong pricing hits back and results in a big challenge to market the products. Not respecting the time some one is putting his 100% efforts , no road map how to scale up the business.
