Its the worst organization, Sanghamitra Bose is the worst leader you will ever come across. no work ethic, no autonomy and no creative space provided to you. they will deduct your salary for no reason and make you work for free for the organization. Saghamitra needs to learn how to run an office, clearly she doesn't know and living in 1980's while india is moving towards modernism.

Sshrishti has worst kind of people. people kicked out from organization, come to sshrishti. thats how they hire people, they dont want competitive people because they cant handle. they deducted my salary for no reason and since then i have been running around.
