This organisation which projects itself to be driven by people and its values has backfired more than 300 of its dedicated employees. They claim Covid 19 created shortages in Fund to upkeep the staff. But it was purely driven by mismanagement of their spending and budget allocations. Piramal Board cannot stake livelihoods of the very employees who have been working relentlessly to ensure the reach and impact of their social commitments. Double standard attitude of people.. No processes for disbursement of travel expenses. No medical cover for family of employees.

1. It is a good place for a fresher to start his or her career. But after 2 years, one needs to switch 2. Work life balance is there 3. Good team to work (my team is good, dont know about other teams)

1. Very less salary which is equivalent to a data collector or volunteer salary in an NGO sector 2. No appraisal cycle and very less increment with exponentially increasing responsibilities 3. Senior management is least bothered or never does one on one to discuss about your career growth or your ambitions 4. Very less space to learn. After 1 year, it is a mundane job

During COVID-19 , instead of supporting Piramal foundation fired their many employees who are working day-night for nation building not only for money , many employees of Piramal foundation facing difficulties ,lose thier job ,faced financial problem , still unemployed due to epidemic..In the name of social work ,they are only wasting money .

There was no growth and job security in that company and also employees cannot work independently there..if you are working there ,you have to work under pressure ..no personality development.

The two year of experience is Gandhi fellowship was wonderful, in terms of work security I feel always safe in my location. The total structure and management of the program was full of learning, inspiring and get free space to interact about emotions among peer members.

During covid 19 I didn't get the chance to negotiate my job in terms of salary deduction 50% pay etc. Nothing else overall this is the best organisation to work.
