Good team. But lacking work life balance. Irrespective of amount of work. Team strength is not increased. Even if working hours are 14-15 hours a day.

If you have a good team you might survive, sometimes the bonus is good.

Dislikes

There is no work culture. You work beyond your expected time and you don't even get OT. There is tremendous job pressure. They will make you work till you drop dead. There is hardly any appreciation. Taking holidays is very very difficult, also then yiur Holiday is not even carried forward and eventually lapse if you don't use them. Once you are in, you would want to leave ASAP.
