I can personally attest to the company's expertise in dealing with obstacles in several areas. They handle all problems effectively and assist you in learning and growing from them. You simply mention the issue and potential solutions, and you can observe your growth.

There aren't many drawbacks to mention. There are several opportunities for advancement at SRV. Because it is a media organization, there will be numerous opportunities for skill development as well as fantastic learning.

Our VP and MD are available for any discussion about any issue. Team leaders are equally adapt at it. Aside from that, our VP is involved in many of our daily activities, and he will assist if there is problem with the process.

Dislikes

The business could include more interesting extracurricular activities. Unfortunately in this situation, they are absent. Some team building exercises or outing may help with motivation. Nothing other than that.

They've made it in life after being there for more than 1 years. Honestly I can't. - I have a question - why did you leave me last weekend, I was waiting for your call so that I start working in sunday like I did for a year.

A lot of politics. No empathy at work place. Toxic managers who have no understanding of work. When taking a sick leave if you are working from home is received with a lot of mean comments. One is supposed to work 12 15 hours and even give time on Sundays.

The Work Culture and the Environment in the Company is very good and there is a lot of growth opportunity in the company to learn and grow. I have worked on many big clients for the performance marketing and learnt a lot. The higher management is also very supportive when it comes to learning.

They well know for put excessive pressure on there employees. And as per policy we can not write out honest review on social media otherwise they can sue us and as per policy we damage there reputation so we have to pay there lawyer fees. That way you not find negative reviews on social media.
