At SRV, I appreciate the chance of advancement. The atmosphere at work suggest that everyone is giving it their all. That motivates you to follow suit. Then, you actually carry it out. Your motivation rises when you receive accolades like employee of the quarter.

It would be preferable if the clients for whom I write came from various industries. The repetition of content makes things monotonous and, at time, tedious. However management and the VP have discussed this and will make as many changes as possible. So far, so good.

Here at SRV I appreciate the possibilities for growth. In addition, I enjoy how management, VP or MD are available to talk to you about any problem you have. In the workplace, you know that people work to their capacity. This type of thing encourages you to do the same thing. And that's what you do. When you receive prizes like quarter employees, this motivation is increased.

In addition to work, the organization could do additional engaging activities. Those here are missing. Some activities or visits for team building might significantly help with motivation. I also dislike the absence of interdepartmental communication. It's not as good as it should be there, however. You would expect the communication to be great from a huge and advertising organization.

They well know for put excessive pressure on there employees. And as per policy we can not write out honest review on social media otherwise they can sue us and as per policy we damage there reputation so we have to pay there lawyer fees. That way you not find negative reviews on social media.

The Work Culture and the Environment in the Company is very good and there is a lot of growth opportunity in the company to learn and grow. I have worked on many big clients for the performance marketing and learnt a lot. The higher management is also very supportive when it comes to learning.
