At SRV, I appreciate the chance of advancement. The atmosphere at work suggest that everyone is giving it their all. That motivates you to follow suit. Then, you actually carry it out. Your motivation rises when you receive accolades like employee of the quarter.

Dislikes

It would be preferable if the clients for whom I write came from various industries. The repetition of content makes things monotonous and, at time, tedious. However management and the VP have discussed this and will make as many changes as possible. So far, so good.

The work environment in SRV is outstanding. The organization assist you in managing your workload so that you may perform to your complete potential daily. Growth opportunities are also plentiful.

Dislikes

The sole drawback is the lack of diversity in clients. Nevertheless, their number are rising. However the general layout of the company or agency organization has a few minor problems. Even if you are not being monitored, the market moves so quickly that there is typically no room for error.
