Worst hospital I have ever worked in my career Management is not good at all No changing rooms for doctors/Sisters They beg for patients and once patient comes they charge them with big bills and give services of nursing home I have worked there for around 1 year and know all their internal mismanagement If anyone willing to admit their patient in this hospital kindly do not admit as the nursing team is not that capable They have hired staffs on lower pay rolls from different states and colleges No decision maker in the whole hospital For a simple thing you have to run here and there...Read More

There is nothing to like about SRV, they harass their employees and recover money from them in the name of short notice.

Dislikes

Exit policy is pathetic, don't join before knowing the HR policy. If you leave the organization with or without the notice, they will recover money from the employee. In my case they didn't give me my 18 days salary and on top of that they don't have shame. Employees are forced to do late sitting, work on even Sunday or public holiday. Think wisely before joining.
