Job Description
- Demonstrate business acumen in leading and managing the operations, effectively discharging the functions and achieving higher rate of organic growth.
- To participate with the top management in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.
- Identify, assess and inform top management of internal and external issues that affect the organization.
- Act as a professional contributor on all aspect of the organization activities.
- To contribute as a leader toward EBIDTA of the Unit., develop teamwork culture within the organization. Proper utilization of resource allocation, costing and utilization in hospital operations. Manage hospital services operations with key focus on bottom line profitability customer satisfaction by optimal utilization of resources as well as handholding of partners other key stakeholders.
- Hands on experience in overall management, supervision and implementation of health programs; possess diagnostic / decision-making / problem solving people management skills.
- Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization community profile
