Most of the Colleagues & Seniors (as present) in my department are friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. The company sometimes organises training sessions which provide an idea of practical knowledge.

Dislikes

The first most thing I dislike that is the 10 hours of duty time & then the poor remuneration according to that & specially for freshers having very slow growth and it also has poor leave policy having very less number of leaves.

I'm involved in the maintenance department of CCM and it comes with few challenges like supervising the work by workmen & making materials available in the site as there is very less time for maintenance and also it comes with documentation works etc.
