Good work environment, culture moderate, Teammates are Supportive but the management is not transparent. There is a huge Criteria, company policies are not good, The government labour code doesn't follow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles withing the same team.

There's no life at work, people there work like robots. If you're between the ages of 24-25, you can't make any friends because everyone else is much much older. The worst part is the HR team. They are the worst. They acts like they owns SRMB Srijan and they're the boss. These HRs are unprofessional, lacks basic etiquette, is arrogant, and more. *Please make some changes in the thinking, people, and culture at SRMB.
