Compensation is ok, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hrs straight in a 7 days without any off. Appraisal procedure is not at all good. Hide all the appraisal things from the employee. Total appraisal procedure is below the mark.
Work Details
In Healthcare industry work pressure is bit more challenging, but I accept the challenges and give them a result. I recognized that my work is not recommended by my seniors to upper level of the company. Rest my learning experience was good.
