Work experience was great related to my project only.

Dislikes

No career growth. No salary hike. No professional work culture. Management also not professional. Contractual bond. No speak up environment. Overall just bad office environment.

There was nothing to like in the organization.

Working there was a bizzare experience of my life. There is no job security even after a bond or even you are working hard. You going to work there is depend only on the mood of the head of organization , if you are able to do late night chit chat, plan a non-official trips to just have fun with the head of the organization, only then you will be working there. And most importantly, there is no guarantee that you are getting paid or not....no surety of the salary....cause everything is depend on the MOOD!!!!!...Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
