1. If you want to resign for a better opportunity, you will not be allowed to do that. They will say how can we leave you suddenly, we have to inform our all the clients and all that one of our collegue wants to resign. If your new joining date is 1st may (As an example) You will be terminated suddenly after the joining date gets expired. And you you dont have any offer letter in your hand and you are going to look for a job in your notice period time, You will immidiately terminated without serving notice.
