There is nothing good about working in this organization. It is filled with not so great people. The HR and Admin department has selfish people who know they cannot get a job anywhere else. Specially the HR has some attitude which will get her down really bad some day.

Dislikes

The culture is very poor. All new joiners leave within 6-7 months. The HR head is good for nothing and is basically getting a free salary. The MD is old school and purely only gives a huge number of bonuses and appraisals to the HR head knowing she is useless. Favoritism. They torture you to death basically. If you have brains then don’t join this organization.

Management arrogant, half mind management. Spent 5+ years still Zero Job Security.. Abusive management.. Change drastically..Family imbalance.. work culture worst.. Work day and night but they will find errors only..later on management compel you to leave..start finding error in your work..and down your morale.. it has happened withthe employee who made hatrick as best employee. Kindly work in this company only for money..no self respect..no family life..Has to work from 8:30 am to 2 am then again morning you have to be in office by 8:30 am else you will be mark late and after 3 times mark leave.. and assualt you.. many more negative..I have still less world to express.....Read More

Pathetic work culture, No work life balance, not even paid well. strict timing to come early in the morning and no time for evening. it is like 8,9,10 pm. HR is always rude while talking. she is not even to listen employees and MD and other management senior level people are worst.
