I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. MD Rajeev Singh is an awesome person. Lots of things to learn from him. He maintains and ensures a healthy working culture and an ethical working decorum.

Very toxic work culture and the company is run like a personal property of the MD Mr Rajeev Singh. One of the most arrogant and egoistic person u can come across. If you know nothing and want to earn money, that's the best workplace. Play politics and earn a free salary. You can have a big boss environment; don't forget to bring your popcorn.

You will report to a manager who knows nothing about the products. Lack of mentors due to poor management. (Hiring of good people required) HR is biased as she believes her old employees are saying the right things, and she is involved in team communication. The logistics department feels like they are the next MD. (No one knows howto communicate) MD is the only person who will approve even if you need to pay 100 bucks for an activity. (No reliability and trust in the lower hierarchy) The Marketing Manager is not letting someone do something new; she believes youngsters don't know how to lead, and most good people leave due to her involvement. There is nothing good about working in this organization. It is filled with not so great people. The HR and Admin department has selfish people who know they cannot get a job anywhere else. Specially the HR has some attitude which will get her down really bad some day.

Dislikes

The culture is very poor. All new joiners leave within 6-7 months. The HR head is good for nothing and is basically getting a free salary. The MD is old school and purely only gives a huge number of bonuses and appraisals to the HR head knowing she is useless. Favoritism. They torture you to death basically. If you have brains then don’t join this organization.
