Even though Company has clear, good intentions with innovative methods to maintain healthy customer relationship & novel marketing strategies but yet to turn around as a 100% professional management Firm.This could certainly be seen as the main weakness and could have negative impact on the reputation & Growth of the company.

By arranging orientation courses in TAMIL,in work culture,devotion to duty,sincerety very importantly team work,mutual love & Respect ,communication skills & Customer relations.Hygene,Cleanliness inbuilt in the system.These qualities when developed, one's Character automatically grows multi fold.Thus Honesty becomes habitual & needs no proof.

All I can say is I enjoyed working and the MD is a Great personality with multi tasking capabilities.But due to health reasons I had to discontinue my services reluctantly.
