The University superior officials value the work and encourage a lot. They acknowledge and appreciate the involvement of employees which is a real motivation to pursue the career. The colleagues are welcoming healthy inputs and working with them was a pleasant experience.

Dislikes

The HR policies need to be transparent and equality be maintained for all the genders. Professionals need to work on the skill they have been meant and not to waste time in documenting the whole work. Proper annual increment be made with open performance appraisal basis that need to be sent to the employees. This alone can enable the employee improve their work performance. The way they drag the very good employees at University level is very disgusting. Pick up and drop facilities need to be adhered for happy work. Also compensatory leave be allotted with easy format for outside visit. Not keeping the promises they make about performance appraisal and failing to give arrears after prolonging the salary hike is not welcoming....Read More

Work Details

I loved my work as my interactions with students, Faculties and staffs brought significant change in their life style and gave me job satisfaction. If the salary increment was made as they promised, I would have continued for the joy of my work
