I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Chancellor sir Dr. Parmanandnan Subramanian is a very humble down to earth person. He gives respect to every teacher and treats them well. Dignity of a teacher is there. Chancellor sir also invests money in overall well-being of the teachers through medical policies, free medical check ups etc. Lavish lunch to teachers during teachers day and other important occasions. 10 days diwali break, 22 days summer break. Worst part is HR particularly Ms. Vi... a. Inspite being a senior HR person she is too rude and clueless and raise her hands for any issue employees puts before her. She enjoys seeing people in trouble through ridiculous and random policies. Evil-hearted person. HR doesn't have any documented HR policy. Randomly HR comes up with anything silly in the name of policy which is obviously not in the interest of employee. Moreover, they only know one and the only way to get anything done- deduct the salary. Less no. of CLs, only 2 gazetted holidays in a year....Read More
