Worst organization running on the name of Sri Aurobindo. No job security as they can fire you anytime with 1 day notice. There is no maternity leave policy. Do not join and spoil your career.

Online work was very bad due too many heads, hierarchy was so bad everyone was putting double pressure down, some people were putting pressure to do their personal work, apart from official, if refuse they were asking their senior to call and take class.some hard worker were sacked for not buttering their state heads, upper management had band on their eyes.

The Worst Company ever, do not join here or they will fire you before the gratuity year is completed, they only care about bloody money. They have no intention of making education better. There is the only society that they care about is the Sri Aurobindo Society (Making more money). There is too much mental harassment.

Mental harassment, Work-Life balance, the worst HR head ever doesn't even know how to talk. Many of my colleagues were hired 2 or 3 months earlier, but they were fired on 31t March 2024. Just saying that we don't require your service anymore.
