Absolutely NOTHING. and i will honestly advise no one to ruin their career by falling in an interview trap of SRGP. As this will surely impact your personal financial situations. Please note the SRGP interviews are rarely conducted in office, but are usually at cafe closer to MD house, so that one do not see that its hardly an office of maximum 5-7 people.

1) My Major Dislike is beacuse of Mr. Raghuraj Kanudia - The MD of SRGP, is the major reason for my dislike towards this company. He has very poor work ethics. Very unprofessional Man. 2) The routine practice followed by the company (again because of MD) of blocking more than 2 - 3 months salaries, with no intentions to ever pay them. were in he himself has assured luxurious vacations with family. 3) The company doesn't provide enough facilities required by an employee specifically on travel (even if it is woman), and not even basic necessity to work (like company laptop) - I had to use mine all the time - as my job needed alot of travelling. 4) No job routine - Again Mr. Kanudia has a very self -convenient practice of entering to office at 4 pm and then expects one to slog around late ...even uptill 9 in the evening. 5) not just my FnF but almost 40+ employees who have left this company has not been paid with their FnF....Read More

I was hired at SRGP as AGM -Projects. And was expected to do anything and everything related to project. There were only three people in Project team - Myself , Site Engineer and Mr. Kanudia (who only knows how to fix unrealistic deadlines).

I have been given good exposure till the time Project head was there in the organisation but when MD, Mr. Raguraj Kanudia had taken charge of everything without being qualified in construction field. He gave the unrealistic timelines and budgets. Mr. Kanudia has number of business running in his mind all the time with no ground studies and expertise. He is an over ambitious person with zero talent. The only talent he has that he knew how to cheat people and make them fool....Read More

I would strongly suggest everyone not to play with his/her career and stay away from this company. There are lot of things there in the organisation to dislike, some are listed as non-professionalism, bad-work ethics, late sitting, No SOPs, No goal orientation etc. I am highlighting one of the most important issue and that the 2-3 months delay in the salary, because of no reason just MD don't want to release it. Mr. Raghuraj Kanudia , the MD of the organisation wants to live luxury lifestyle on the hard earned money of their employees. My FNF has not been not paid since November 2017. I have given them many reminders over calls and email but all went unanswered and later i came to know that he had blocked my calls and emails....Read More
