Work culture is bad, manager targets each JE, no promotion in 6 years. SCB in PP1 plant is bad culture.

Senior management is worst they keeps distance from employees, their hierarchy policy is worst, JO like junior officer they treating like labours and they cannot avail the most of the facilities which all are available for others. Working hours policy is very strict even if you have punch out 1 minute before it will reflect in theirsoftware then at time of payroll closing you have regularise your request and sent it to manager for approval. Worst company, i spend 12 years there but higher management does not praise this. For their personal benefits they asked me for resignation and I left this worst company. Does not suggest anybody to join there
