I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It's fully free environment to work. I'm started my career from Sree narayana college and all my senior faculties help me to work with more confidence and they trained me to work at any bad situation very freely.
