Just some good colleagues who dont butter the owner and his family to get benefits. You are expected to work late every day and to be on tours for half of a month (without any extra salary for working on holidays and for being in tour) and sometimes even work on sundays. They will ruin your social life for a meagre salary.

Dislikes

Owner and so called directors (relatives) are terrible. No job security, no learning opportunity, no respect (you are an agent only not an engineer or mngr) and nothing. Salary provided is lowest in the industry and salary delays are their habit.
