Except the colleagues nothing is good there.

Dislikes

No proper work culture. They will make you to beg for fnf process. And no fnf will be given. Salary date is 10th, so if you take any off in the beginning of the month, salary will be on hold. And coming to the management, there will be no reason for layoff, they can fire any people at anytime without any reason. People will be blamed for company inability. Mental peace will be completely gone!

If you are fresher please don't join... because as per your salary your work and working Time is Very much...no work life balance... company gives 2 days leave but in actually it's only one...salary holding, putting pressure and no respect for employees in terms of their leaves and sickness.. Also no job security when you are not performing for few days...

1. Politics is on high level. 2. Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients. 3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work. 4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us. 5. Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. Fake business, fake deals, favouritism. More than 50% of business in square yards is fake, leaders give fake deals to their favorites for promotion and worst quality of leads work culture is worst not appreciation for hardwork even leader ask for money if someone incentive is stuck for giving him deal. Favorites are promoted to T2 and real hardworking and knowledgeable people are targetted. No work life balance, great leaders but they don't understand personal matters of employees, recently the CEO had implemented new rules regarding week offs on Monday and Tuesday, but leaders ask you to come on week off, this working is without salary

There are no redeeming qualities of this company. The only good thing was, because they hire people like sheep, it was easy to escape this hell-hole.

I applied for an interior design job as a fresher(they had freshers' interior design opening). They took my interview and everything. The day of my joining, they tell me that because I am a fresher-they cannot give me the job of a designer and forced me to take up a sales job(where I am supposed to call random people from my mobile phone. On the first day itself, they made me call some 50 ppl from their "expensive" lead list(stolen data basically.). My PERSONAL phone number got reported as a spam(because my beautiful manager did not have the patience for us to arrange a new sim card for these malicious job). It was not only one designer who was forced to do such job-we were 13 of us in our team-team of civil engineers, interior designers and architects. Scam-this company runs on pure scam.
