Worst work place I have ever worked. No work life balance and they asked you to punch in my 10:30 or 11 but when you have to punch out @ 7:30 or 8 this is time they want to have a meeting.

Worst company ever i never being in such ridiculous company like INCO no training office culture is worst they cut salary each and every time I don't know how is company is working without process no one has rights to put full day even when you are present and pressure that is unbearable leaders are not even upper position people are also not they don't know how to run company and how to handle staff only they show high incentives structure and like a donkey people there work till morning also so overall i will never suggest anyone to go there they are a Call center company not an interior company they don't have experience centre also small EC they have and that to we can't show to anyone just want to say you can't bit any modular company they also have pressure but it's a healthy pressure not like you guys they are like give money buy peoples . Terrible is the word for INCO and they as Monday is holiday but they call all Monday even HR of they sometimes it feels there hire management staff are ruling them ....Read More

Title: Horrendous Work Experience at Square Yards - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ As a former employee at Square Yards, I cannot express how abysmal my experience was working for this company. The work culture is nothing short of toxic, and the managers are relentless in pressuring employees to their breaking point. If you're considering a job here, think again and save yourself from this nightmare. First and foremost, the work hours are an absolute joke. There is no concept of fixed hours, and you are expected to put in extra time without any consideration for work-life balance. The company exploits its employees' dedication, forcing them to sacrifice their personal lives for the sake of the company's bottom line. One of the major issues I faced was being assigned multiple roles with completely different skill sets. I was expected to handle both design and sales, with no proper training or support. The lack of specialization led to poor performance in both areas, and yet, the managers turned a blind eye to the impossible expectations they set for us. Moreover, my job entailed bringing in clients and closing deals, but the focus on profits was alarmingly excessive. There was an incessant push to prioritize the company's financial gains over the clients' needs and satisfaction. The pressure to meet unrealistic targets was simply unbearable. To make matters worse, I was terminated from my position without any reason provided, leaving me shocked and demoralized. The termination was arbitrary and without any chance for clarification or defense. Adding insult to injury, I have yet to receive payment for the entire month I worked for the company. Square Yards seems to have no qualms about exploiting its employees by withholding their rightfully earned wages. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Finally, the lack of job security is an ever-present fear that looms over every employee's head. With the company's willingness to terminate without cause, it is impossible to feel secure or valued in any capacity. In conclusion, I strongly advise against working at Square Yards. The dreadful work culture, the relentless pressure from managers, unpaid wages, and lack of job security make it an utterly unappealing workplace. I regret ever setting foot in this organization and warn anyone considering employment here to steer clear. There are far better companies out there that actually value their employees and treat them with the respect they deserve....Read More

T2 and T3 are so arrogant and they keep gurges if we tell we didn't like or we complain to hr low standard T3 especially a T3 called Lavanya
