The fact that the company has so much of scope to grow in the sector.

Just because of the management that is throned by the brokers from some streets, no sense of speech, chewing tobacco or, worse abusing each other on the floor without caring for the boundaries of age, gender anything. Square yards is not a place to work if you come from a decent parenting background as it has all the qualities of anun desirable workspace, this is subjected to my personal experience at the Noida branch but brokers are brokers everywhere except for the 10% crowd.
