Micro management by managers such as Ishant , Mohit and Shubhi . Employees are asked to leave " in and out " messages on WhatsApp for breaks and lunches . Being treated like we are in kindergarden . If you're late by 2 mins , you would be made fun of by other team members which Is actually encouraged by the Leaders such as Ishant ,Mohit . Moreover , if you're asked to work on a Sunday ( which Is the only day off ) , if you dare to speak against it , a meeting is organized ( a formal one ) to again trash you infront of everyone where you are literally called a servant ( Ishant did this ) . Working here seems like a suffocating experience . I wonder why people leave this place after every 2 months . They will hate you for bringing ideas , doing better . ( Management will ) . Trying to type keeping in mind the platforms community policies else these people deserve nothing less than curse words thrown at their face . Working in Real estate company like square yards is such a great opportunity to work and grow. i have learnt and still learning things to grow in terms of knowledge , confidence and every day to work patently with new targets.

Although ! square yards is very nice company to work with except one thing - ( in terms of Security for girls while working late night during closing or event days.)

Being an CRM Executive - Manage post sales service - related to documentations, demand, any queries etc - apart from this we also indulge with sales service as well in terms of cold calling for every single verticals of square yards.
