They only hire fresher, who do even have knowledge about health insurance and if the training was done from basics, hardly training period will have max to max 10days from the date of joining.And no proper certification done to advisor about product knowledge.they will training the advisor for 2or 3 cooperates and once advisor hit to floor they will be added with n number of skills we’re advisor won’t even have knowledge about the particular cooperates. Only support staff certification will done from client end. No proper support to support staff as well advisor, if any advisor is going to leave the organisation , if they come to know means.they put the salary’s on hold. And one important thing is if someone advisor or supportstaff ask or pointouts as per rules iso T&C they will target and remove the people for unnecessary reason which are not even mentioned in any organisation rules. One more socking new is that, people or advisor think that what all thing were going on may be the company CEO dono,we need highlighting to the that person ,so that he will take action on that for company reputation but it’s wrong thinking the company CEO no everything and some one try to contact him to information such thing he straight away ask people to contact to hr’s or some others persons were that people report to CEO....Read More

There is no proper support from our AM and they won't treat us like a support staff and lot of politics and rather then auditing there is no leaning towards career
