There are a lot of things which I didn't like. 1. There is no learning. 2. There is no pre-defined way of doing work, i.e. they will tell you to do hard code everything, not a single time think about what this code will do in the future. 3. There is nepotism in the tech team. 4. The salary difference is very between two people having the same role but from different tier colleges. 5. The culture is horrible. It's a founder driven firm where he doesn't listen to anyone. He has no sense of direction and that's why the company is doing so poorly. He changes his priorities every week and is a menace to work on. He keeps blaming and yelling at people and as a result the culture is super toxic and the company hasn't grown in the past year at all....Read More

If you join in operations at Spyne than its not a good choice. There I experienced lack of team spirit, guidance. Even managers has to shirk off the things. Even your job is not secure. No understanding. No solutions as a team you face in any particular project. Micromanaging. Non appreciative. Will expect you too work 12 hrs. Even if you give that it's not enough. There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

They hire interns and make them do full time work. They will fool you by saying that there is a learning curve when there is none. They don't even give basic training to their interns and put them under pressure the moment they enter the office. The managers here, especially in the marketing department are basically snakes in disguise. The delegate al their work to their junior and interns and blame them for any mistakes. There are some who operate like a gang here. They save each other and put all the blame on others (especially interns) to save their position. The HR lives in her own world.
