Target work pressure in balance work life very rude behaviour with some girls and Tl deduction my salary when i not complete my target and marked absent or half day and every month they are increase target

HR and its policy is horrible. She don’t listen to anyone, she is just manipulating the things with management.

Attendance trackings, unnecessary tap on employees, no work like balance, no timings, etc.

The culture is horrible. It's a founder driven firm where he doesn't listen to anyone. He has no sense of direction and that's why the company is doing so poorly. He changes his priorities every week and is a menace to work on. He keeps blaming and yelling at people and as a result the culture is super toxic and the company hasn't grown in the past year at all.

If you join in operations at Spyne than its not a good choice. There I experienced lack of team spirit, guidance. Even managers has to shirk off the things. Even your job is not secure. No understanding. No solutions as a team you face in any particular project. Micromanaging. Non appreciative. Will expect you too work 12 hrs. Even if you give that it's not enough. Mental exhaustion. If you think to join in tech for Spyne. You may go. That is more relevant there and you can have a good learning , experience
