The work-life balance is good. HR policy is good. HRs are friendly.

There are a lot of things which I didn't like. 1. There is no learning. 2. There is no pre-defined way of doing work, i.e. they will tell you to do hard code everything, not a single time think about what this code will do in the future. 3. There is nepotism in the tech team. 4. The salary difference is very between two people having the same role but from different tier colleges. 5. They hire interns and make them do full time work. They will fool you by saying that there is a learning curve when there is none. They don't even give basic training to their interns and put them under pressure the moment they enter the office. The managers here, especially in the marketing department are basically snakes in disguise. The delegate al their work to their junior and interns and blame them for any mistakes. There are some who operate like a gang here. They save each other and put all the blame on others (especially interns) to save their position. The HR lives in her own world.
