The learning part is great, there is so so much to learn from people management to writing python scripts to brainstorming new ideas to owning an entire project end to end and getting work done, the learning curve is immense and very fulfilling for people who thrive in such an environment. The company culture is toxic, you're expected to work at all times and there is honestly no log off time. There is no one to teach you anything and you are expected to learn everything on the go (which is very hard for some people). The expectations from a fresher are as great as from a person who's been working for 2-3 years. You're constantly reminded of the fact that you're very replaceable and if you drop off anywhere then your appraisal will get affected....Read More

Absolutely nothing. The perks provided always felt like bait. No money or perks can give you the kind of calm or peace in life what a good work atmosphere can.

Work culture is bad. There's very little respect given to anyone in the office. They try to get you to work on the basis of fear. Since week one our entire lot used to be threatened with being fired for whatever reason in discussion at that point. Almost no work life balance. It's just work. The sad part being the work isn't good enough to justify the hours. Work hours being flexible only meant we were expected to work all the time. Weekends weren't always free either. I learnt nothing there that could justify the time I spent with them. People are not very helpful in terms of helping freshers get adjusted or for them to be able to do their jobs effectively....Read More
