I have worked here close to 4 years.If the management get to know about your potential they will load with lots of opportunities to explore your strength and weakness. Such approach you will not find in many of the organization .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Lot of internal politics & lazy environment, says no extra work when joining, but after joining no extra money for your extra work and also you have to work after office hours with ur laptop, a very very unhappy environment, no compensation benefits and of course no job security

Will not recommend anyone to this company, due to very micro management is there and NO one will be happy to work here and as per their choice they can remove any time to any one. In offer latter they will put so many term and conditations and when you will achieve your target then also your salary will get deduct. I will not suggest any one yo join this company.
