Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...appy to work here and as per their choice they can remove any time to any one. In offer latter they will put so many term and conditations and when you will achieve your target then also your salary will get deduct. I will not suggest any one yo join this company.

Lot of internal politics & lazy environment, says no extra work when joining, but after joining no extra money for your extra work and also you have to work after office hours with ur laptop, a very very unhappy environment, no compensation benefits and of course no job security

Dislikes

Everything. No growth. No appreciation No work life balance No proper HR policies. Not so great leadership team. Attrition rate is on top. Hire and fire at will.
