Management - The biased promotions, highly unfit managers, monotonous work and no growth opportunities. The managers do whatever they feel like and nobody really cares about the employees. They do small irrelevant things to show they care about employees but never ever take the serious concerns into consideration

The appraisals can be better, based on workload and achievements throughout the year. Top performers and low performers have a difference of 2-3% of increment.
