I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It was traumatic experience, they gave opportunities to people who are terrible at work, and those who do good work, keep them stuck, exhorbidant targets, had to work many hours extra to cope up, rivalary between teams, other people dont coperate , veryy meagre salary, politics between group, only some people always slay, others do donkey work
