As the office culture was modern in sense compared to new generation offices and extra curriculum activities such as sports was encouraged.

Dislikes

There was lot of favouritism, discrimination with the non favourite employees. Manager was not at all motivating as there are ways to inspire and lead from the front and moreover a teamwork, So that was missing. Employee consent for their desired work preference was also missing.

Ideal company if you are starting out, scope for growing and learning in terms of work is really good. If you are someone going in with treating it as a college, go for it.

Pathetic Management, the idea of calling employees 'players' is only a cheap gimmick. Timings are awful which will be justified as only during live season which is a farce cause with the number of accounts we were working on, our team was in-season for 90% of the year.
