As the office culture was modern in sense compared to new generation offices and extra curriculum activities such as sports was encouraged.
Dislikes
There was lot of favouritism, discrimination with the non favourite employees. Manager was not at all motivating as there are ways to inspire and lead from the front and moreover a teamwork, So that was missing. Employee consent for their desired work preference was also missing.
