No good thing, i found in SPML

1. Without intimation, they can fire you 2. the full and final settlement will take minimum 5 months 3. no system of work 4. bad word users are available 5. Its not proper company 6. salary will take two months once

Teammates are supportive but the management doesn't care about the staffs, more over HR dose not look or help in any matters of the staffs. Company policy is i will get then i will think to give.

Dislikes

Management and HR doesn't adress our issues. Salary is pending since more than 6 month's and career growth is very slow.

Used to be good Project Mgmt Co. with good engineers with good project handling abilities

The Co is run in a most unprofessional way. People get their one month salary after a gap of 3-4 months and yes this is prevailing from last 7-8 years, under COVID-19 pandemic the employees receive only a part of their one month salary that too after a gap of 6 months. The Co deduct but don't deposit PF on time ant not even esi, which i think is a gross violation and a punishable offence. They don't pay full and final settlement to their ex-employees.
