1. Great tool depth, the company utilizes the best of available tool options to reduce the time of discovery. This greatly aids product managers to have information to take a decision on. 2. Great culture, there is no politics or credit grabbing. The transparency around all departments, proper documentation helps the discovery & planning process clear to all. 3. 1. There is a flip-flopping of vision hence the north star metric, this effectively makes downstream alignment very volatile and inconsistent. There is always a question of , 'we are doing this now, till when?' 2. The team generally ends up going into analysis paralysis due to team consensus. Management's conduct was unjust. Despite urging the team to seek other job opportunities due to the organization's struggles, they promised an early release without pay deductions. However, when I presented an offer and requested an early release, they left me hanging until the last minute. Eventually they agreed to my requested last working day but just few days before my last day I got to know that they have deducted my pay without informing me, citing it as an adjustment for the notice period shortfall.
