Pathetic environment n culture , especially in inside supply , poor n partial management. They don’t follow HR policy , senior management (Sr. PM n others ) have their own policy they take actions as per their mood n on the basis of their personal relationships with employees. Not recommended to join at all.

Management is doing partiality regarding appraisals, and other benefits. Managers are providing huge amount of appraisals and benefits to their favourites. I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. They even send their favourite employees out of the city for the audit who came just 1-2 years back because they are buttering manager rather than doing work....Read More

1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
