Company was having very good culture when it's a startup.

No week off on weekends, work culture becomes worst after company grows, unable spend the time with family members, no satisfaction on work life. For south India people won't get any promotion s at all.

Management is doing partiality regarding appraisals, and other benefits. Managers are providing huge amount of appraisals and benefits to their favourites. I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. They even send their favourite employees out of the city for the audit who came just 1-2 years back because they are buttering manager rather than doing work....Read More

1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
