Company is good but spending more money than revenue. manager is very bad. If you are right hand to your manager you will get good appraisal or else he will target you even if you doing your job good. Mind games are often played by managers. You can beleive any one in your team.

In starting the company was great letting yo learn a lot.

Dislikes

Have 6 days working, and most of the time ask you to work on your week offs as well, and if you say that you are not available will say that you are disappointing them. Make you work like a slave and will not even compensate you enough and if you want to learn something else and grow within the organization there is a lot of politics regarding that as well. Salary is the worst part.

I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. 1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
