Managers favor their inner circle while the CEO focuses solely on brand and profit, ignoring the toxic culture. HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come. Can't say anything because I had worked only for 2 months. After recruitment of mine they said that my recruitment was done by mistake.

Job security is till you work as per your immediate manager way for his personal. But if you work for the organisation your immediate manager will angry from you and make ur performance worst in the eye of upper management and sack you by saying that your recruitment is done by mistake.
