Worst work culture, worst management even managers doesn't know how to maintain decoram on the floor using abusive language over the floor the senior program manager is doing no training session or management

Manger behaviour is not good if he wants fire from the job they can be easily fire without giving any genuine reason Management/hr team never ask Reason In this Company manager just like God they can do anything with his /her reportee

Nothing to like about spinny when you are mentally harassed even after when you are not in the organisation.

Dislikes

Management is doing partiality regarding appraisals, and other benefits. Managers are providing huge amount of appraisals and benefits to their favourites. I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. They even send their favourite employees out of the city for the audit who came just 1-2 years back because they are buttering manager rather than doing work....Read More

1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
